SUMMERTIME 2026

A bright and sessionable APA that celebrates the vibrant character of New Zealand hops. We’ve combined the tropical intensity of Rakau and Riwaka with the clean, citrusy punch of Citra. ABV 5.2%

JUICY VOSS 

Fermented with Voss Kveik yeast, this Hazy DIPA pairs a subtle farmhouse character with bold hop flavors. Amarillo and Citra brings bright orange notes, while Vic Secret adds a tropical pineapple punch. Juicy, complex, and powerful. ABV 8.5%

IN DOLCITA WE TRUST

Hazy Double IPA with a massive dose of Dolcita hops. ABV 8%

FRACTALS: SPRING

Spring freshness. Hazy IPA, with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Citra hops. ABV 6.8%

Hazy IPA with modern Superdelic Hops in dryhop. ABV 7%

Our tanks are currently busy perfecting the next batch of bold IPAs, experimental fruit sours ant some lager time after time. From dry-hopping marathons to meticulous temperature control, we are refining every drop to ensure the highest quality for our upcoming releases.   • Fermenting Bakermans Are Us Triple dryhopped Hazy IPA with Rakau Citra and Mosaic hops

  • Fermenting Tropicaa. This experimental brew is currently in the tanks, getting a heavy dry-hop treatment with Sabro, El Dorado, and Citra.

  • Fermenting Cloud Nr41 Milkshake. As secret weapon will be used Motueka Amplifier

  • Fermenting Cloud Nr42 Milkshake. As secret weapon will be used Riwaka Amplifier

  • Fermenting Voss Kveik DIPA  -  hazy DIPA with a twist. We’ve paired Voss Kveik’s citrusy fermentation with the floral and tropical punch of Amarillo and Vic Secret. 

  • Fermenting Hybrid IPA Season Crisper with Lallemand Novalager yeast and Citra, Galaxy, Nelson and Mosaic hops

  • Fermenting Chilinn Peach and Banana  - a refreshing experiment in tartness and fruit. We’ve brewed this sour with massive additions of peach and banana purees, resulting in a velvety-smooth body and a vibrant, tangy finish.
