HAZE HORIZON

This Hazy DIPA is an expression of hop artistry, blending lush tropical fruit notes from Idaho 7 and Mosaic with a crisp, resinous touch of Simcoe. It is a perfectly balanced, vibrant, and refreshing brew designed for those who appreciate pure, complex body and hop character. ABV 8.2%

BRITPOP

BRITPOP reimagines the hazy landscape by utilizing an all-British hop bill of Olicana, Jester, and Harlequin. This blend delivers a distinctly modern NEIPA character, bursting with vibrant stone fruit and citrus notes that redefine the British craft aesthetic. ABV 6.8%

GALAXY ECHOES

A hazy powerhouse driven by Galaxy’s tropical depth and the legendary citrus bite of Centennial and Cascade. We’re giving the underrated Cascade the credit it deserves, showcasing its signature, vibrant grapefruit notes in a modern, juicy framework. A classic profile, reinvented for the hazy era. ABV 6.8%

SOURBIT BERLINER WEISSE

Summer Breeze Berliner Weisse. The ultimate thirst-quencher for long, hot days. At a sessionable abv, this Berliner Weisse is crafted for effortless enjoyment. A gentle, clean acidity takes center stage, brightened by a subtle infusion of orange peel. A touch of salt balances the tartness, while a hint of coriander adds a sophisticated complexity to the finish. Crisp, light, and perfectly balanced—refreshment redefined. ABV 3.8%

SOURBIT Passion fruit-Guava-Orange

A vibrant celebration of tropical intensity. This passion fruit, orange, and guava sour is boosted with enhanced real purées to create a massive, authentic flavor bouquet. Finished with a creamy touch of lactose to balance the tang, it’s a bright, sour masterpiece that drinks like a decadent dessert. ABV 7%

FRUITSHAKE CURUBA&APRICOT

Experience a velvety, full-bodied NEIPA elevated by a bright, tangy kiss of curuba and luscious apricot purée. The exotic fruit profile is perfectly balanced by a refreshing, crisp acidity, delivering a complex and sophisticated finish without a hint of cloying sweetness. ABV 7%
